We were looking for a dog-friendly dinner and the outside patio here was perfect. Service was super friendly with a large selection of craft beers. My chicken sandwich with pimento cheese offered a grilled option, even though the menu specified fried and you get a choice of chips or fries. Delicious.

A "new age" menu that actually tastes good and has options for everyone. We tried this place last week and loved it! The server was nice and handled our large crowd with ease. All of the food was delicious (I personally had the black bean burger with a fried green tomato on it and loved it).

Looking for a snack along the way, we tried this little spot. Many craft beers but only three beers on draft. Causal vibe: inside is dark, nice patio out back and cool sidewalk chairs out front to the bar in the afternoon. We had apps: Tuna, rare, well seasoned, ample. Half order of nachos, jalapeños are pickled and plentiful. Tasty meat. Fried pickles, tasty. Two Sauces. I saw the steamed broccoli at another table. Glorious huge and bright green. Nice staff.

Tried this spot based on the recommendation of my friend and am so glad we did! At first you'd think the place is super small but there's much more seating in the back and you can seat yourself. The bar is well stocked and neat. I didn't order a drink since I went on my lunch break from work but I'll be returning and will update my review accordingly. First off, the service was quick and knowledgeable. She had our drinks out fast and even made appetizer recommendations. I love friend pickles and if they're on the menu I typically get them and these were worth it. So yummy. The bistro sauce that comes with the pickles left a strange aftertaste for me so I went with ranch instead but my boyfriend loved it. After eyeing the menu we both decided on the space jam burger. Absolutely amazing! One of the best burgers you'll get in this town and I'm not exaggerating. The fries weren't anything special but they complemented the burger well. Overall, I cannot wait to come back to this place! 5/5!

Casual but upscale vibe. The smash burgers were delish with several unusual flavor combos available. My choice was bacon and cheddar with onion fig jam on a perfect little toasted potato bun. Lots of yummy looking handhelds and salads available. Aaron our server was really personable. Tons of choices of craft beers!

We stopped in for lunch and had a good time conversing @ the bar and with Geoff the bartender. Nice drinks and good food - clearly loved by locals! We shared an appetizer platter, and it was huge - as advertised. We also shared a sandwich & took half home. Parking a bit confusing, but we figured it out!

I thought I'd reviewed this place already. This is our 4th time here. And we're coming from Arizona. LOL. Consistently great service that is friendly and informative. The food has always been prepared perfectly. Fresh ingredients. Just found out tonight that they are a sister facility to Apple Annie's. This is the family friendlier one. They have the bar section, another indoor dining area that is a little quieter and an outdoor patio in the back.

We were in town to listen to the Florence Symphony Orchestra, so decided to try a local place. So glad we did!! The serve was quick, friendly, and accurate. The food was delicious!! I had the Space Jam with fried chicken instead of a burger. The chicken alone was huge & juicy; but add the onion fig rosemary jam, bacon, and cheese and it really was 'out of this world'! I highly recommend stopping in! -If you've been to Higher Ground in Chapin, Bird's Nest is like the classy cousin from out of town.

Decided to try out a nearby restaurant close to the hotel I was staying in. Cute restaurant with attached seating on the outside for no more than 4 people. Inside seemed small until you walk farther back. It's more of a let's watch a game and have a beer feel. I sat at one of the tables and the bartender noticed me and brought me a menu and advised me who my server was and that they'd be out in a few. Thankful I didn't have to wait and just sit. My server came out shortly after and I ordered the black bean burger Oregon Trail style with added grilled onions. It smelled so good and was DELICIOUS!! You can tell by the pic, the bun is smooshed because I took a bite before the picture. The only reason I didn't give an extra star is I'm particular about condiment packets on or around my food. You never know if someone's hands are clean. I would make a suggestion in putting them in a condiment bag, or in the to go bag not in the food box. I'll definitely be back!!

Came by here with a few of my coworkers after work. Downtown Florence overall has a few spots that caught my eye but this one seemed to be the best option for the night. Coming in there's a bar area with small tables in the front, more tables if you head to the back, then a back patio all the way outside. We were seated right away and served our drinks. I ordered a Trail Magic Burger with a seasonal Fruit Punch Sour. The burger was phenomenal and was the absolute perfect portion to fill you up. Fries were slightly less crispy then I would like, but were seasoned perfectly. My sour was absolutely delicious. As we finished eating our server brought over the separate checks and let us take our time. Overall, a very good experience that I would recommend for anyone in the Florence area.
